Our Name

Armistela draws from the Latin root for arms — not weapons of war, but instruments of strength. It's the same word that gave rise to armor, armament, the act of being prepared. We chose it deliberately. Every cup you pour is a small act of arming yourself for the day ahead.

How We Work

We don't chase trends. We curate with intention. Armistela partners with trusted specialty roasters to bring you coffees that meet a single, non-negotiable standard: it has to be exceptional in the cup. We taste before we list. We source from roasters who take their craft seriously. If it doesn't clear the bar, it doesn't make it to your door.

That means you get the depth of a dedicated roaster — single origins, precision blends, small-batch runs — without having to do the hunting yourself.
