Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
Our coffees are roasted fresh to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be roasted, processed, and delivered. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this notification.
International Shipping We ship to most international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. If no shipping option appears for your country, we are currently unable to fulfill orders to that region.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Armistela Coffee has no control over these fees and is unable to predict or cover them.
International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow additional time beyond standard domestic windows.
Order Changes & Cancellations Due to the nature of our roast-to-order model, changes and cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at support@armistelacoffee.com. Requests submitted after this window cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 5 business days before contacting us — carrier delays can sometimes cause a gap between the delivered status and actual arrival.
If your order has not arrived after 5 business days from the delivered date, or has not moved in tracking for an extended period, contact us at support@armistelacoffee.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve your case.
